He actually looked embarrassed today. He has gained so much weight! I almost felt bad for him when Morris pointed out he was smirking! But, then I came to my senses. LOL. He does look like he's been rode hard though, and if it's Sara, it needs to stop. hahahaha. If he keeps gaining like that, he will need his own table in the courtroom. Won't be room for his counsel!!!

He got spanked in family court too. Very, very bad day for Team Plants.

Heard Shrek may have saw his shadow - that may mean 6 more weeks of supervised visitation. Time will tell.

My crystal ball tells me Plants will be out of office before the 4th of July. He will either resign under pressure or be forced out, but regardless which avenue he takes the bottom line is he is GONE!

One thing for sure...the fireworks were going off yesterday in that courtroom. Grand finale yet to come, but it's coming.

I have suggested on more than one occasion that a resignation coupled with an agreement to never again hold public office would go a long way toward making all of this, including, the criminal and disciplinary proceedings go away.

The longer this drags out the harder it will be for Plants to earn a living

Good ol Don and Mark have a lot in common....wait and see.
You seem to want to say something incriminating about Morris, but you are too chicken shyt to do it. Why? If it's true and factual, you are free to speak on here without fear of punishment. On the other hand, if you don't know something to be true, continue with your accusatory hinting. We can sense the desperation and frustration as you witness your buddy sinking. Probably crying and shaking your fist in the air, asking God why He is allowing Plants' ex to whip up on the big football playing machine. Sad for you, but hang in there. It will only get worse.

His friends and supporters, along with some of the bad seeds in his office, will support him for life. I mean, he's all that and a bag of chips to them!

You are absolutely right they will be there for him thru thick and thin that is what friends do. Mark is not a bad person he has made a lot of mistakes in the last so many months and instead of getting out in front of them he chose the opposite way and it has backfired on him. When in you are in public office and a scandal is about to erupt you do a 101 and get out in front of it. If he had this would have been all over by now.

Mark is evil

Yes he is a bad person. Anyone who has no qualms what so ever about breaking up and destroying families and then abusing his power illegally for monetary gain and then on top of that lie to anyone who will listen all the while preaching family morals as he has intercourse with another mans wife while his own wife sits at home is not just a bad person they border on evil. He cares for nothing or no one other than himself. In my heart I truly do believe that. He's a very dimwitted low budget con artist who got exposed. He is untrustworthy and just cannot be trusted to be in the position he is in.

Not to mention beating his own child in front of his new step brother so hard it bruises him and then asks the step brother if he thinks the boy has had enough a beating. Mark Plants is a mean and evil and vindictive individual.

There is a revolt forming in the prosecutors office. People being put in awkward/illegal positions asking to donate their salaries to offset the mega-outrageous expenses that the tax payers are incurring. James Bailey is in big trouble

assistant prosecuting attorney's shouldn't be placed in the position to pay one cent towards Plants legal fees AND neither should it be 'assumed' that the taxpayers are to absorb the 'legal costs' of Plants egregious conduct. in fact, the kanawha county commissioners should be asking 'why' the taxpayers are responsible for the legal fees of Plants INSTEAD of 'assuming' and 'preparing' to write out a check to pay fees that have never been decided by a court that the tax payers have to pay a thing. LET PLANTS PROVE THE TAXPAYERS MUST PAY HIS LEGAL FEES. Sounds like a 'civil' matter to me, requiring a 'civil trial' before a jury ------let the jury decide. TERMINATE PLANTS FROM OFFICE and he will no longer be a county/elected official. the taxpayers will no longer be 'subjected' to demands of any money, including his salary for a job he can't do. INSTEAD OF TAKING TAX PAYERS MONEY, FILE A CLAIM UNDER THE COUNTY'S INSURANCE POLICY.
