No, but they do have master entrance keys to get into the building any time from the back just like the Fire Department personnel does.

We can not find any record in the Kanawha County Civil or Magistrate Court regarding CKHA officially evicting Ms. Shanda Brandon from the Oakhurst Village Apartments after she embezzled thousands of U.S. HUD money from tenants at the Carroll Terrace Apartments (and Washington Manor Apartments years earlier) prior to her being caught and fired. Is she still illegally living in CKHA housing although she was to be immediately evicted as a tenant for committing a Federal HUD crime??

Vanessa Black in Apt. 1002 on the 10th floor has been partying and doing drugs again all weekend. Numerous residents have already called the police and they should be on their way very soon! That makes over 13 times the police have come to her apartment in the five short months since she moved into Carroll Terrace! She still has not been served with any eviction notice!

The fire alarms went off YET AGAIN very late Saturday night and Sunday morning due to tenants who were improperly cooking and burned their foods.

The first set of fire trucks arrived around 11:50pm (07:26/14) and they returned later again around 1:18am (07/27/14) for another alarm.

What were the apartments that caused the problems which the fire department responded to???

...and the terror continues at Carroll Terrace!! Beginning early Saturday evening, August 2, 2014, elevator #2 crashed and stopped functioning, and elevator #1 was [is still] banging violently from floor-to-floor as the piece that broke off elevator #2 hits against it constantly!

The DOB elevator inspection certificate expired on July 31, 2014, and the inept property manager never put in an order to have it inspected before expiration!!
