It took Pit Stop in Kanawha City four days to replace one tire. The service was awful. When I would call no one would answer the phone & they did not even bother to call me when my car was finally done. I had to keep getting a ride down there to check on it. Plus I had to pay for my tire up front which obviously tells you that the company has no credit & I believe that has something to do with why it took so long to deliver my tire. Last but not least the owner & his brother are more than obvious meth heads. That is no way to run a successul company. I suggest no one takes their cars there.
