Mingo mother fights to get daughter in school without shots

Not sure why this first part did not post and the second part posted twice.

It is amazing what a sore subject this is for so many people who do not have their facts straight. I would suggest looking up autism and as hard as it may be for you all try to read . They have all kinds of different preservatives in the immunizations . The main one that every parent should be concerened about is Thimersol it is by weight 50% mercury which can cross the blood/brain barrier this is where it does its damage it stays in the cells of the brain and as of right now their isn't really a challater that crosses the blood/brain barrier to go in and attach itself to the mercury to pull it out of the brain and release it from the body through the stool. They still put thimersol in the immunizations even though they say they do not . Autistic children have a high level of heavy metals in their system and no one else in the household would have them so there goes the enviromental factor , if it were in the environment everyone would have it in highlevels and most children are diagnosed around 2 years of age some a little older so the only thing these children have in common are the shots and someone mentioned the gene factor . This now they have learned plays an important part in how they will react to the shots . The gene makes them more prone to the heavy metal toxicity that occurs from shots they can't break it down and it will not flush from their system. They can do screening for this gene. As far as the no shots method I don't blame her chances are she has done her research and someone said they knew her and her older child has been diagnosed with autism. She is protecting her other child based on what she has learned from what she has been through with the first child, very intelligent momma if you ask me. Because the family already knows that they have a genetic affliction when it comes to flushing the toxins. Why take that chance on a child that you can prevent it from happening too. Now for the less educated people , this child is in no danger to your immunized children at all the risk factor is zero . Plus the immunizations do not stop the diseases in full anyway , because people are still getting hepatitus right think about that . The child that has no shots really isnt in any danger either the risk is really low . The vaccine schedule can be altered through a DAN Doctor . Babies shouldn't recieve shots I think starting at 5 would be a good age and these combination shots it has way to many viral strands and their special preservatives as well, it is to many at one time . Babies are not at risk at 1 wk or really even at five for hep. or anything because it's not going to be out shooting up or having sex so hello . I do not agree with the inaculate the whole heard save the majority. Not everyone can handle certain foods what makes you people think their is a one size fits all method when it comes to immunizations. I went to school in West Virginia and I have to say I am very disappointed to see such ignorance and not to mention the lack of compassion for this mother , when you all are over reacting .

For the parents out there so concerned with this girl no having immunizations. Compare your shot record with your childs and see how many of their shots they recieved are not on yours you might want to think about that and the further back you go "worried parents" the less shots you will see . Ask your childs grandparents for their shot records you will be amazed and the way some you repsonded to this child you may find that you are going to be a little suprised when you see what shots the grandparents to your children dont have they turned out ok and lived through childhood with less shots and some of them have no shots . Might find yourselves not going to gramma and grampas for a while huh. Unless your a bit of a hypocrite.

That is fine let her stand up for their rights and life. I have always said it is her choice, if the doctor thought my child shouldnt take it then i wouldn't give it. I always wouldn't fight to put him in the school system I would home school him. The mother can still get the standards and objectives from the board, books, and assignments that aline with the schools but the child wouldn't be in the classroom with our children. It is a law to have their shots and if the child doesn't have the shots then it shouldn't be in the classroom.

It is not a law you can get a waiver from the school based on certain religous beliefs or otherwise you watch she will get to attend school as she should be allowed to because and I can't say this enough evidentally , your kids that are vaccinated are not in any danger if you think they are why did you get the vaccines in the first place. Their is no reason to be alarmed by this child being around vaccinated or unvaccinated children. Start reading the health inspectors reports for some of the resturaunts you and you children frequently eat at. That is something to worry about oh and for those of you who eat out a lot and dont think about that their is a vaccine out for hepatitus A and they highly recommend that vaccine for people who frequently eat out , I would not take it because again the risk is very low. This child is not a danger to anyone . You guys need to read about this stuff so you can have an educated opinion about what your discussing on here. By the way the fast food resturaunts do not check vaccination records and they do not do blood tests on employees to see if they have anything other than TB now ask your county health department the number of cases of Hiv, aids , hep b cases there are in your county then think about how many people are in the resturaunts you eat at not all of them wear gloves or cover cuts when preparing you and your childrens meals . Most of the people that have hep b by the way were vaccinated it doesn't really prevent anything if you pay attention to statistics and your local health department infectous disease records. You guys just need to calm down stop freaking out and read once you have the knowledge you will see how overly judgemental and overly concerned about this you all really have been .

I think she should be able to do whatever she wants with her children they are hers. West Virginia Mom Loses Bid to Stop Child's Immunization
A federal judge has rejected a Mingo County mother's claims that immunizing her daughter would be a health risk and a sacrilege.

CHARLESTON, W.Va.(AP)-- A federal judge has rejected a Mingo County mother's claims that immunizing her daughter would be a health risk and a sacrilege.

Jennifer Workman filed a lawsuit in April seeking to force Lenore Pre-K to 8 School to admit her daughter without state-mandated immunizations.

Workman's lawsuit said she was concerned that her daughter could develop autism. The lawsuit also said the immunizations would Workman's religious beliefs.

In a recent order, U.S. District Judge Joseph R. Goodwin says there's little evidence to support claims that standard vaccinations aren't safe.

Goodwin also says West Virginia doesn't allow a religious exemption to immunization of schoolchildren.

Workman's lawyer, Patricia Finn, says she plans to appeal the ruling.

I think this "Mother" is angry because her parents made choices she had no say in. After all the "Mother" is most likely vaccinated. She probably doesn't believe in abortion either but put her and her child in a room with some of these terrible diseases and she would survive her child wouldn't what is the difference. If you like to pay games of chance and odds, buy a lottery ticket, don't use your childrens lives. When this child grows up who is to say she will share her mothers views. She probably won't. Most children don't for one reason or another. We have enough to worry about as parents with all the normal bugs and viruses, who wants to have to worry about all those other illnesses too?

If that's so true then why wouldn't the grade school let me start school without mine? TRUTH! I was turned away without having all of my shots yet. Had to go get them before i could get in. Also you need your shot record for college why is that then?

She needs to get her child vaccinated because it is not like the child can go do it later in life their is an age limit.I think the chances of bioligical warfare are much greater than the risk of autism from the shot in all reallity.These ARE very serious diseases we are talking about here.

If it isn't required by law to have your child to get shots before it attends school, then tell me why that you have to turn in proof of shot history before they go to school and college? I attend college and I even had to turn my shot history into them.

I have a set of World Books dated l972. I looked up Autism. It said there were 1 in 30,000 cases. Also, I have a 1940 set of encyclopedias. There is only a small section about this very strange disorder that was "extremely rare". Now it's 1 in 50. duh! It doesn't take a rocket surgeon to see something is not right. Plus, look at all the other problems going on with children, Hyperactivity, cerebral palsy, attention deficit, etc. There are so many disorders and conditions it would take a book to just list them. You never heard of those conditions years ago. We are killing our kids. It's scary to have children now. You cannot bend and shape nature and block out every **** disease and condition known to man without some sacrifices. You can gamble with your children if you want, but I won't hand mine over to be a guinea pig. West BG Virginia and Mississippi are the only two states who insist on forcing these shots down peoples throats. AND we let China, or God knows who, make them for us. What WV and old Miss are doing is child abuse.
