That is what they would be if minimum wage was $15 an hour. The quarter pounder would be $9

They wouldn't have to be that much if the CEO's and other top execs didn't have to have milion dolar bonuses on top of million dollar salaries.

Card carrying union born union bred. Voted straight democratic ticket my entire life and always will. The republicans are for the rich and we democrats are not.

You did see what Bush did to us didn't you and you did see how president Barack Hussein Obama got us out of it didn't you? if not for Obama we would have been in a sure fire depression and probably still in it. You should give some thanks to your president for all he has done for us.

You and those who think like you are a real detriment to our country. Voting a straight ticket and not for the person you felt was right to do the job makes you less than bright. You are a borderline idiot.

this is truly the most ridiculous thing I've ever read! he is ruining this country at a mind blowing pace. by far the worst president in my lifetime. I'm a republican but I'm not for the rich...I think someone who works deserves what they have and I don't feel it is up to tax payers to support those not willing to support themselves. you don't rob from the rich to give to the poor. anyone able to work SHOULD! don't work..don't eat.

Osama Bin Laden is dead and general Motors is alive. Nobody can say with a straight face that Obama isn't the greatest president in our lifetime. Along with an intellect unmatched by any of his predeccessors including President Clinton he has a heart and a genuine love for his country and it's people. He has given the less fortunate the opportunity for health care.

President Obama not only talks the talk he walks the walk. Hands down the greatest leader alive today.

How much should they pay someone that is in charge of 450,000 employees and controls 20 billion dollars in revenue AND expenses? That's what the CEO does.

You on the other hand have no training or education and can't control your cell phone bill. That's why you make minimum wage.

Your uneducated comments make me sad for America's future as I believe many do feel as you do due to lack of big picture thinking and self education about policies that have had a positive or negative impact on our once great society. I would be glad to go over how this administration has walked all over you and all Americans and done grave harm to our children but im fairly certain it would go right over your head. Go on spouting what you have heard on CNN or what not if it makes you feel better however anyone with an average IQ can see from just these few lines you wrote that you have a significantly reduced ability to make good decisions or reason out problems more complex than a check book.

you must be living under a rock if you believe that. he spewed a multitude of lies to gain presidency and has not held true to any promises made. but he's managed to fool you and others like you. he isn't a leader..he's a dictator. I long for the day he is out of office. hope he takes his obama care with him. do yourself a favor before continuing to post nonsense.... research facts and statistics. or maybe you worship him because you're another free loading check receiver. I will continue to watch this country deteriorate because people like you voted for him

Yes I would pay $10.00 for a HB if I liked to eat at McDonalds, and I sure hope thay get $20.00 an hour and more, there are people that work less than they that are getting paid more. What kind of axe do you have to grind with their employes? Probably none! You're one that just can't stand to see some one else make a decent living. If you don't want to pay to eat at McDonalds then I sujest you don't, but if you do then pay their price. Why are you against the employes making money?

Listen fellas I work and I work hard. And contrary to ones comment I make quite a bit more than minimum wage, a lot more, and i've never been on any government assistance in my life and I hope and pray I never have to, but it's nice knowing if something would take a turn for the worse I have a president that cares enough to have my back.

And it amazes me how peoples memories fade in such a short time. Do you bozos not remember how bad the econamy was in 2008 under Bush? We were almost in a depression and had it not been for President Obama with his stimulious package and take charge mentality we would still be in one.

In my heart of hearts I as well as millions of americans believe that President Obama is a blessing and he could not have come into Americas lives at a better time.

Maybe, just maybe, you should give our Lord and saviour a word of gratitude for this great leader. I know I do.

I was borned in WV, attended School in WV, when I became of age I entered the USAF and obtained my education. I am retired and living well after teaching twenty five years in one of our Universites. I said that to say that every one of you has and or had the same oportunity to take the task to to educate yourself in a field that will support you and your family to where you will not have to work for min wages. I did come from a poor family was raised with four siblings who now have college degrees and are doing well in life. It is not impossible to do something with your life even in these tough times.

welfare would be nice in times of need for people down on their luck. but it has been made easier and far more convenient to use it as an income. so forgive me if I don't relish in the fact that my taxes go to support a woman with four kids who refuses to work. that's the thing Not so fast...someone working and struggling can't get assistance because it's given to people who've never paid into it. no obama isn't the only president who promotes welfare.. but he has made it more appealing to the bums. we can always disagree... I just don't think forced health care and fines for not signing up seem very American

For the life of me I can't see where the affordable care act is a bad thing and why so many republicans who won't use it anyway is so against it? If you don't need it then fine you won't have any kind of penalty enforced on you if you have heath insurance already then good I am happy for you, but if you don't, then now at least you have options thanks to our President.
