Oh, maybe it is Brickstreet who is receiving my $2200+ work comp payments that Social Security said I am receiving.??? Sedgwick or Brickstreet ??? Either way, they have jammed my life up.
I haven't kept up with their processes for a long time. But I believe they passed a law that when you are eligible for SS old age wise, they stop their payments to you. Until then SS considers the income you get from WC (Brickstreet) If they denied you money over WC payments, perhaps the check is in the mail?
Brickstreet is all about denying ALL WORKER'S CLAMS FOR BENEFITS - they work for the employers who pay the premiums - and invest them to make money. Even if someone is DUE, they will hold back - the better to keep more money invested in high interest holdings of sorts.
I'm glad I no longer work and have to depend on that company for my health care if I get hurt.
Good luck to you. Soon, not many tax paying workers will even remember when WC really paid you when you got hurt - and they will get used to just getting screwed over.
WC had problems - but it was high ranking officials being buddys with big companys not making them pay correct premiums. Wasted millons on going to seminars and meetings which were just paid parties for the selected.
Claimant fraud was maybe 10% of the reasons WC went under. I know.
