Danny should go back to bed and stay there. He does not know what he is talking about. He is probably off his meds again. He speaks out to the media before he knows what he is actually talking about. I can see a lowely Mayor telling the County Prosecutor and the courts what to do and how to do it. Remember Danny use to in the drug scene of Charleston as well as Marks new wife. Maybe their taking the same drugs or the same meds. hahaha

Why doesnt Judge Duke Bloom and Kent Carper try these cases for their boy Danny Jones. Maybe they should appoint the prosecutor from Putnam county. I am sure they have enough pull with the Supreme Court to get by with this BS. Putnam County offered to prosecute Kanawha 's domestic cases for FREE and Judge Duke Bloom said, "Oh, No" we want to appoint Don Morris at $200.00 per hour. Just throw our money away Duke. Election time is coming for you, but in the meantime, why don't you just resign and vacate your office. You would be doing us all a favor. You turned down FREE work from Putnam Co. Prosecutor to pay Morris $200.00 an hour. Shame on you Duke and Shame on you Kent Carper for going along with Bloom. Get rid of bloom and Carper. Send them to jail or even to the moon - just go away.

Plants has failed in his position as Kanawha County Prosecutor, failed the citizens of Kanawha County and is no longer eligible to represent Kanawha County or West Virginia anywhere or at anytime.

If Bloom wants to pay someone to prosecute conspiracy to kill a Charleston Detective, he knows what he's doing. Never has there been a scandal on this man.

As for Plants, He got more criminals before Grand Jury in less time than any other. I think he should remain as prosecutor. He probably embarressed his son in front of the others more than HURT HIM PHYSCIALLY - does people know the mayor has a son by a woman who lives in a small community who HAS BEEN BUSTED for drugs more than once - then what happens - THE PUBLIC DOESN'T KNOW. Evidently he didn't raise his son - right or wrong (not at all?)
