Man who assaulted trooper released after being treated for mental illness
CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- A Kanawha County man who spent 14 years in a mental facility after assaulting a state trooper has been approved for release to a community home.

This dude did more time then some people do for murders to varying degrees...not to mention pedophiles and rapists. Granted in a psych unit but still 14 years
