There is more to come, not just for the terms but the perms too. Oh and the cut backs also include overtime, trucks, tools and materials. No poles or cable. No overtime to work storm damage. Tools needed that wont be ordered. Good luck to those who are still without phones! There is still damage from the June storm that has not been repaired.

Tell thousands out of phone service however Frontier will not let 90 terms that have nothing to do help with trouble load. closeing ticket if no one answers,giveing out date dues two weeks early.

Honestly they need to get rid of almost everyone there all the way up to the top and start over. They have the worst customer service of any other utility company in the area. God forbid you actually have to call in to report a problem with your service because IF they get it fixed they only cause several other problems that take up to 2 weeks to fix.
If these people were so concerned about losing their jobs then maybe they should have done a better job while they had the opportunity.
