Maybe he can't keep up, since he is on attorney #4 since this whole thing started!

'I looked at my stepson and asked, do you think I've hit him enough yet?'

Sounds like he beat his own son just to please his new paramour and her kids. Bet she wouldn't stand by and let him use a belt on her kids.
Too bad the city doesn't have an old fashioned whipping post out front the court house, they could give Mark a public lashing any keep going til the crowd says enough.

Truer words never spoken.
Mark Plants never should have fired MaryClaire Akers. That was so wrong and a true loss for the citizens of Kanawha County.

I was just wondering if it is possible that if a man cheats on his wife and gets the mistress pregnant he was cheating with would ever even consider cheating again? Surely there's no way that could happen could it? Anybody know if there's any statistics on this matter?
Once a cheater always always a cheater ..All cheaters learn to straight face lie also . They have too to carry on their affairs.

Kanawha County Prosecuting Attorney Mark Plants says the call from the office that oversees West Virginia lawyers for his immediate suspension is “unjustified, excessive and illogical.”

If the request was unjustified, excessive and illogical they why would he "agree" to the the order proposed by the city? Sounds a lot like the order he "agreed" to in family court. You know when he "agreed" to leave the DVP in place; pay everyone's attorney fees; attend anger management counseling; have only supervised visits with his children etc.

I'm now waiting for him to explain (i mean spin) how this is a victory for Team Plants.

“If ever I agree that it’s in the best interests of the office for me to resign, I’ll resign tomorrow,” said Plants.
Um Mark ... it's that time.
