West Virginia Accepts PA's Radioactive Fracking Waste - news article!

Why on earth is WV accepting radioactive fracking waste from Pennsylvania? Apparently PA test their fracking wastewater for radiation and sends it to us if it is over the legal limit.
West Virginia does not test for radiation in Fracking waste / flowback water from the hydraulic fracking process to get natural gas, but it does accept it from other states!
Maybe this is why so many people are dying from kidney failure and cancer!!!

You're a liar and a tin foil hat wearing wackjob.
Do any of you tree-hugging ecoterrorists read before you just spout your recycled garbage to unsuspecting people?
The article cites drill cuttings, which is not "fracking waste." Hydraulic fracturing, or "fracking" as you fear-mongerers call it, is an entirely separate process from drilling. Drilling is not "fracking." Drilling is drilling.
But that wouldn't fit your narrative here, would it?

OK, I agree "Cancer Victim" is the definition of whack-job.
But please tell me Mr. DEP -- do they not drill a well prior to Hydraulic Fracturing? If so, is there drilling associated with Hydraulic Fracturing? What happens to the the drilling shizit that's pulled up out of the earth?
I'm a stupid little dweeb that really relies on brains like yours to educate me.
So Educate away...

That "drilling shiznit" as you call it is nothing more than dirt and rock. What do you think the Earth is made of?

I guess you are right. I never thought of it. It's all just dirt and rock. Is dirt an element? Where are dirt and rock listed on the periodic chart? I guess I'm just stupid. It seems there are some really smart people out there.
Is there ever anything radioactive in dirt? Or is dirt just dirt?
Have you seen Joe Dirt? That was a great movie for intellectual people.

Your comment is so thought provoking. It really made me think of what earth is made of. You are right. Its dirt and rocks. I wish they would have taught us this in school. If you have a moment, enlighten us by giving us another riddle. I have not thought so hard in years.
Dirt and Rocks. It's that simple. Man I feel stupid.
