Don't know about them but I'm hearing rave reviews about Pritt and Pritt Law.

Jason is right .. good, honest guy. Damon Ellis is also a class act. The impression I get is that they get better all the time. I do't know Bernie Layne well but in my limited experience he is a good one also.

Pritt and Pritt are idiots. Go to court without a lawyer before you take one of them.

I hired Jon Mani to represent me against some family members that was suing me. He is excellent and knows what he's doing. I would highly recommend him.

You wanna bet they won't ? I hired them to fight a disability case & of course I had to sign papers saying that they get 25% of my settlement up to $6,000.00 My so called lawyer may have actually for 3 hours on my case, Went to court & it was denied & that was it .... she gave up. Had I been approved I would have had to hire another lawyer to get my money back from Jan Dils office, They may have earned $1,000.00 But make no mistake .... they will take No for an answer.

I am disappointed in Mani Layne Ellis. I have a case with them and they have not called me in over 6 months. They ad says we treat our clients like family. I don't feel this treatment.

Did you file your appeal & go through the whole process? You pay nothing up front, if you lose then you pay them nothing. What did you have to pay her office???

A couple of residents are getting together to FINALLY sue Charleston-Kanawha Housing Authority after the latest fireball explosion and two fires broke out in two tenant circuit breaker boxes in the kitchen and closet of apartments at Carroll Terrace on Thursday, March 12th.

They will be sending out mass emails to all the law firms in Charleston to see if anyone will take the case on a contingency basis although no tenant was injured or killed. One did narrowly escape the brief fireball by about 20 seconds as he was heading toward his kitchen at the time of the explosion. One leaf of the tenant's corn husk plant was electrocuted, however. LOL This makes the 4th fire outbreak in apartments at Carroll Terrace within the past six months!
