Has anyone else had problems from Ashley Furniture? They gave me a damaged product, refused to fix it, then refused to give me my money back. They're extremely rude and have no clue how to correctly treat a customer. I've worked in retail and if we spoke to customers like they did, we'd be fired on the spot!!

Amen read what u are signing u sign a pink slip that states if u refuse or return it for ANY reason u will BE Subject to a 20% restocking fee!! If it comes to ur home and is damaged they will send a furniture Tech out to ur house to fix it. If he or she is unable to fix it will then be replaced. Those Tech are basically furniture builders they can take an arm off of a sofa repair it then put it back together. The finished product is honestly better than it was coming out of the factory. We Americans are so waste full my dinning table has a nick on the inside leg I WANT A WHOLE NEW ONE.. Instead of a guy coming to ur home to repair it or brings out a whole new leg all together. Consumers need to have a lil more common sense when it comes to purchasing furniture. So u bought a brand new Lexus 3 months after ur purchase ur pwr wind goes out do u call the dealer ship a DEMAND A NEW ONE or ur money back no u have a manufactures warranty which will allow a car technitation to fix it free of charge. But if it happens 3 yes later and u decided against the extended warranty well guess what they will fix it but it will be on ur dime parts and labor same as furniture. Just don't understand a lot of folks out there! Ok good luck

Uh..I've never had to have any of my fifty to hundred year old antique furniture repaired. Cars & furniture analogy? Furniture can be made to last a lifetime & beyond..cars-generally not. Furniture does not require regular maintenance-cars do. No wonder you don't understand...apples & oranges.
