Does anyone know if the man involved in a serious car wreck today near Paint Creek on the turnpike survived?

I was the first on the scene......

You

Samaritan

there's

Do ya have your spell check on HO? If you are going to continue to post and belittle West Virginians with your less than intelligent use of "hood" slang, which gives away your true origin......you can at least improve upon your spelling! That would help your attempt in trying to project your "rich and better than you" attitude!
If you really want people to like you though; I would suggest ceasing the name calling and maybe talking to the Lord about how to be a more compassionate individual!

Love ya!

But we DON'T USE "YOUINS" I told ya!! Honestly, the ones that do r not from WV....might live here, but they aren't from here!
I've lived here almost 30 yrs and have never (honestly) heard a West Virginian say that word!

My Dear. I have family in Parkersburg, Moundsville, Cameron and Sistersville. They all use it. Perhaps it's a regional thing. Maybe only the people in the northern areas use it.When i visit, they tell me "Youins come back".

Must b regional then; however, when I'm in that area, I've not heard anyone say it either! I'll have to pay closer attention next time!

Actually the word Youins has special meaning to me.In 1990 my Granny was dying with cancer. She lived in Moundsville, the last time i saw her she was on her couch. I hugged and kissed her goodby. She said to me "Honey, youins come back,Granny loves you".I never saw her again. What i would give to hear her say that again.

Well, gee.....why do make fun of the word then? I always thought it rather humorous when my cousins from Ohio used it but I never made fun of them for doing so!
Kinda like my southern Georgia accent; people kinda like ta hear it but don't make fun of it!
It's nice that it reminds you of your Grandma!
Lol! My Granny always used peach snuff and man, I tried it one time when I was a teenager...gosh it was nasty!!! She used it like some folks smoke cigs!
