Still no word on where the money went; Premier Resorts of Utah ...

Premier Resorts International is still avoiding answering the question, "Where did the money go?" Two weeks ago, the affiliate Premier Resorts of Utah submitted a Statement of Financial Affairs to the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Salt Lake City listing its assets and liabilities.

If true that all funds were consolidated into one central sweep account, why is it that only the Utah operations are in bankruptcy? Did funds go from PC to keep other operations alive in areas where law enforcement might not have been so "accomodating"?

Yes, we sent the money to the other operations (N Myrtle Beach) to continue to pay the bloated executive payroll, and we will hide under the corporate UMBRELLA and will walk away with millions!!!

The money was SWEPT to a inter-company SWEEP account under the corporate UMBRELLA aka Premiere resorts International and then the money was SWEPT into the inter-company trousers pockets of the outer-office upper executive trash bins (aka checking accounts) then we dusted off the outside of our ex employee paychecks and UN-SWEPT the vacation time due(not SWEPT into the inner-company accounts) after all of this SWEEPING, Premier Resorts of North Myrtle Beach vacuumed some of the sweep account to continue operating (large trash bin).

They are closing in on you Brad. This is actually pretty simple; for every dollar sent from PRU to PRI there must be a dollar accounted for coming back; otherwise it is a fraudulent transfer. PRI is going to have to show all of the millions flowing back.

Oh, and Brad and Barbara; please be aware that bankruptcy fraud is a felony punishable by five years in a federal penitentiary and a fine of $250,000. Barbara, how far are you going to follow Brad as he keeps trying to dig out of this hole? Isn't it time to end this nonsense?
