It's not just texting any more. A new proposal could make Greenville the first city in South Carolina that bans the use of hand-held devices while driving, a move that could include talking, texting and using a GPS.

...and a class action federal suit will be filed against the county and it's elected representatives in there personal and professional capacity. What next? Telling people that they can not operate the auto radio or interior dome lights while driving?

This baloney is going to be met with such force, Greenville's head will spin non-stop for months on end.
