Can anyone comment on the tattoo places in Charleston area? So far after viewing websites and reviews, it looks like broken lantern or blue gorilla?

Every day I wake up I thank God that I am one day closer to the day when tattoos will once again fall out of fashion and those who foolishly inked themselves will be looked upon as social pariahs.
Take the money you plan to spend on defacing your body and put it in a savings account. Then a year from now, if you still want to mutilate your body, go ahead, but by then if you changed your mind it would not be too late.
Want to get a tattoo? Go to the VA hospital and look at the ink on some of the old men. See how time has affected the tattoos. That will be YOU in time. Not only will you be old an wrinkled but you will also have the remnants of your horrible tattoo looking like a faded bruise.
Think about it. Save your money. The pendulum swings and as sure as I am sitting here there will come a day when once again culture will frown on tattoos.

My grandfather got a tattoo during World War 2. He hated it up to the day he passed away in 2004. He told us when we were growing up that it may seem like a good idea when you are young but in time you will hate it.

My son wanted to get one and I told him he could but if he did he would have to move out and get his own transportation.

wow!!! Look at the closed minded people..in many cultures BODY ACT is an expression of their beliefs, loves & life stories. A place of honor..just because YOU do not believe in body art, and youre such a believer in a higher spirit then follow his rules: Do not judge yet YOU be judged..WE, who have tattoos KNOW what they'll look like as we age!! DUHHHHHHH Get a life,,perferably somewhere else!!

Who wants to look at your ugly-ass "body art"? I could not care less what you feel or believe-tattoos are stupid, but not as stupid as those who waste their money on them.

It makes me laugh when people tell me I'm going to regret my tattoos when I'm older. Yeah, when my health is deteriorating , and I struggle to get around, I'm sure the first thought I'll have is damn, I wish I didn't have tattoos that remind me of the good days yeah, right. So tattoos will look ugly when I'm old? Tell me more about how beautiful you'll be in 60 years.
