This is another great site of up to date of 10,500 and counting of documented examples of absolute corruption and contempt of the law by police officers.

With total lawsuit payout due to police and goverment misconduct from the their archives:$6,351,643,506 and counting.

Tax payers should be enraged at this misconduct by their public servants. Are you? WHY NOT?

Are you aware how much tax payer money these recent local criminal cases of former CPD Officers cost you?

Are you aware of the local court settlements that have been paid because of police misconduct by our local police departments?

Can you be more specific with the details? Do these CPD officers sit in their patrol cars in front of lot 68 ..OR PARK their patrol cars in front of lot 68 and GET OUT AND GO IN lot 68?

Which cars?...you mentioned patrol "car 6 hisong" ..whats that mean?,and the K9 patrol car CPD Officer Reed drives? Any others?

ANYBODY else notice this living in this trailer park? If so, can you video record it for evidence?

Can you still provide video recorded evidence of these CPD Officers parking their patrol cars in front of lot 68 at Long Acre Trailer Park in Charleston? If so,i would suggest uploading it on Youtube asap and provide that link here for the this audience and public to veiw it. It would be best if you and others that have noticed the same things to video record it everytime they do it,so a pattern can be established of their activities there. It would help if you could get others involved who live around lot 68 to video record it as well...to show its from multiple sources, not just one source. Its best for as many sources as possible to upload it on Youtube as much as possible, to protect yourselves and the video evidence.

What time of the day or night do CPD Oficers park and go in lot 68? More than one Officer at a time,or just one at a time? How long do they stay inside? Why do you suspect prostitution or drug use or selling at lot 68? You mentioned former Officer Iwaniw of CPD,does he still go inside lot 68? When? Dates and times will help any investigation currently or in the future. Video evidence is the best evidence that can be used in a court of law to prosecute and convict any crimes these CPD Officers or former CPD Officers have committed.

Thank you for having the courage to get involved in ending the corruption at CPD.

Gloucester Township Police Department is very Racist

Look at how they beat these young african american teens to a pulp and the Mayor of the township did nothing. It was covered up.

Teen Brothers Beat Down By Gloucester Township Police Department

SICKLERVILLE, N.J.– There are accusations on Monday of excessive force, as Gloucester

Township, N.J., police officers are accused of beating two young brothers. Police said the

teens threatened a store owner and one teen pushed an officer. The incident started

around lunch-time. Police say a store owner called 9-1-1 after he claimed the boys

threatened his life. Police say one of the boys pushed an officer, as the officer tried to

talk to him. The boys and their family say the cops hit first, then asked questions later.

The right side of 13-year-old William Turenne’s face is swollen badly. There are marks

on his cheeks that he says show where Gloucester Township police used force to arrest

him, even William says he did not resist.“I threw my hands up and they tackled me,”

said William.“They tackled me on the ground, start hitting me from each corner, just

punching me in my face. I got bruises everywhere.” William’s brother Serge, 14, saw

what was happening, so he says he told his brother to follow the officers’ orders.“Next

thing I know I’m being tackled to the ground, punched in the face. I was punched in the

face six times in my cheek. I’m getting beaten in the back,” said serge.“There was at

least 15 police hitting them with blackjacks, stomping them, for no reason. I said,

‘what did these children do? These are kids. These are children, why are you hitting

them like that?’ The police said get back, or something happen to you,” said Joanne

Stallworth Holmes, a witness. The boys’ aunt saw what was happened, and says she

tried to talk to the police officers.“I said he’s 13. He said I don’t give an f how old he

is. Then when my nephew turned to him and said f you, they both took him down

and beat him while he was handcuffed, beat him with a stick a lot,” said Crystal

Cooper Gloucester Township’s police chief says the department is looking into

whether the officers may have used excessive force.“Obviously that was something

we’re going to investigate and of course look at their injuries, and compare to the

force that was used. But it’s really early at this point in the investigation to say

what was appropriate and what was not appropriate.” talked to the store clerk

where all the trouble began. He didn’t want to go on camera. But he says he never

told police the boys threatened his life. He just wanted the cops to tell the boys to

stay away from his store. Police insist the boys resisted arrest and that the store

owner changed his story.

More evidence of police misconduct in America. This time shooting a dog and arresting the owner on bogus charges related to loud music in his car and distracting the police while on a unrelated call. "Obstructing justice" was the bogus charge. He was simply video recording the police in public within the law and exercising his rights in doing so.
The police shot his dog for attempting to protect his owner. Its obvious from this video. A natural instinct for a dog. And a unatural reaction by the police is to shoot his dog for it. Non-leathal weapons could of solved this enounter with the dog. The arrest was a bogus charge unrelated to the owner video recording the police. They just dont want video recorded EVER! Thanks to Rodney King in California..police now fear video recordings of them in public doing their jobs. Why? Duh.
Its constitutionaly legal to video record anybody in a public space. Including our police and public servants. This case will just end up settled out of court and cost the police dept in the end..and the tax payers. The police offically said they were protecting the owner from his own dog cause he was defenseless and handcuffed..so they shot the dog dead. I hope other citizens are as outraged as many of us other citizens. This is NOT acceptable conduct of our police officers or their superiors. This police dept should pay for its crimes against this dog and his owner. Right?

The owner of the dead dog was interviewed later on this video. The phone number and police Lt. Name of the police dept is at the end of video. Call it and express your thoughts about this shooting and killing of this dog. Take action or next time they will think they can shoot you or your dog with no consequences. Public trust erosion is caused by this type of police misconduct. Right?

More media reports on the dog shooting and killing by police. And more background on the owner and his ongoing harrassment by local police. And his ongoing lawsuit against the police.

Former CPD officers John Blevins and David Iwaniw should be added to this list of Police Misconduct cases by the Cato institute. Other officers in Coles County should be advised to NOT act like them or pay for it in loss of money and loss of freedom. Let these cases be examples to the others who are guilty of worse.

Peoria police officer pleads guilty to attempted obstruction of justice ANDY KRAVETZ 08/02/2013 12:40 PMA Peoria police officer pleaded guilty Friday to attempted obstruction of justice in connection with the probe of a drunken driving crash by a fellow officer and promptly resigned from the force.Sgt. Richard Glover, 41, entered his plea shortly past the noon hour after waiting for nearly two hours. The second-floor courtroom was largely empty save for two fellow officers and members of Glover’s family.Negotiations were ongoing, it appears, with Glover’s attorney going back and forth between his client and State’s Attorney Jerry Brady. Glover, who remains free on bond, faces up to a year in jail and a $2,500 fine when sentenced Oct. 4. In return for his plea, four felony counts of obstruction of justice and official misconduct were dropped.

By pleading guilty to a misdemeanor, it means that Glover could still apply for another job as a police officer and receive his pension. No factual basis was given for the plea as it was for a misdemeanor charge. But when Couve pleaded, Brady said witnesses told police a white SUV struck the utility box and then drove off. The left front rim, witnesses told police who arrived at the accident scene, was “sparking” because of the accident and a door was hanging off the vehicle. The accident resulted in $7,758 in damages and knocked out power to 468 Ameren Illinois customers.Later, the SUV was found outside Couve’s home. When Glover arrived, Couve initially told him he had been home since 1 a.m. and that the vehicle was “intact,” when he parked it. But police found no evidence of forced entry into the SUV, the steering column didn’t show signs of being tampered with and the damage was consistent with being in an accident.A few days later, Couve told Illinois State Police investigators he had gone to his home, which was a few blocks away on West MacTavish Road, after being out drinking and watching “fights.” He noticed his wife wasn’t there when he arrived at his house, and went back out. He told ISP investigators he was texting his wife when the SUV left the roadway and hit the utility box, Brady said at the earlier hearing.

Code of silence. Police and judicial corruption.

Police murder a 107 year man after negotiations 'broke down' The 107 yr old man was in his bedroom in his home. The SWAT team didn't need to kill him, obviously. He was 107. Wtf!
