Two Charleston residents have been indicted by a federal grand jury in connection with the armed robbery of the Capaha Bank in Tamms, Illinois, in November 2008. The two-count indictment accuses the pair of armed bank robbery and use of a firearm during a crime of violence. It was unsealed after 20-year-old Richard Anderson was arrested Christmas Day in Florida. He made his first appearance February 9th in federal court in Benton, Illinois. During a Monday hearing, he was ordered detained pending trial, set for March 8th. 32-year-old Holli Wrice is also jailed and scheduled to make her first appearance February 25th in federal court.
