CEAD does not provide an objective avenue for staff to submit their complaints or grievances. Everything has to go through Teressa or Pam, both of whom are responsible for many of the issues discussed in this letter. Again, this exemplifies the dictatorship mentality that the staff has to endure and cope with on a daily basis. This area has been a subject of concern addressed by the licensing and accrediting agencies and CEAD has yet to comply with it.
