These various events are well known, and it would appear that Florida comes in first (and there were Huguenot settlements wiped out by the Spanish that had even earlier "thanksgiving"- but many Native American, or Indian, societies had traditionally held ceremonies of thanksgiving at the end of their harvests, so I'd say we should all quit talking about which colonists were first.
