Are you going to volunteer?

he has only been in there less than 15years for the other murders if understood. And at that time he plea'd for life and not death. we should go back to hangin these people for killin. if a person knows they are going to die for that crime maybe we would have less murders. He just does not want to be in jail anymore there should be no debate put him to sleep. make room for the next person that does not deserve the death penalty for murder and plea's down to life. This is the way of our system at its finest.

I will donate my travel expenses bullets, etc.
I have a new scope I need to sight in. It may take a few rounds and some time to get so this may be a cruel punishment but what the hell.

If the leave him locked up and turn off the heat and just give him water and no food. He can serve out life in prison and get his death penalty wish. It's a win-win.

I don't think the term "serial killer" is appropriate this guy killed for money. Serial Killers kill because it gives them some kind of perverse pleasure or other mental stimuli. I really like how journalist use any phrase they like without researching what it really is.
Everything I've read states "The term 'serial killings' means a series of three or more killings, not less than one of which was committed within the United States, having common characteristics such as to suggest the reasonable possibility that the crimes were committed by the same actor or actors." or something similiar, and " Anger, thrill, financial gain and attention are numerous other driving factors for serial killers." Perhaps you should do more research before insulting the writer... Just a thought...

He says he is quilty and wants to die, ok, no appeals, no state lawyer just an execution now rather than later.
Also, who is getting the proceeds from his book?

I say give him the death penalty. I do not believe that it is cheaper to house them for life than the death penalty. If they don't wait forever to go through with the sentence instead of waiting 10 - 20 years to carry it out.

I don't understand the victims family. I know they think that the death penalty is the easy way out ... but it is not.

Why should we have to spend our tax money keeping him in jail for the next few year. Knowing he will not live too long anyway it still cost us around $38,000.00 and medical expenses to keep him. Use the money on the kids of the United States that need it for health care. Give him what he wants and put him to death. No more Judges.need with no guts to do what they have been sworn to and taken an oath to do.

This just in (yeah, I know it's off topic, but frankly my dear, I don't care):

"Chicago, Illinois — Democratic Governor Pat Quinn says he will be abolishing Illinois’ death penalty; a stance made after consulting with many “people of good faith”."

Thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately, all available drifter apprenticeships are taken at this time. We will add your name to the waiting list in case a registered drifter is run over by a train or killed with a broken bottle of Thunderbird.

Can somebody explain why he was allowed to have a foster child despite having admitted to crimes (runnings scams, robbing gas stations)?
