A 14-year old-student at Seven Bridges Middle School was hit by a box truck at 7:53 this morning as he was crossing Seven Bridges Road near the school entrance, according to New Castle police and the school district.

Why are there no "school" signs on the road, posting a lower speed limit, as there are near Roaring brook School?

Didn't the accident actually happen on school property and not on Seven Bridges Road?

can you let us know if the boy's condition is improving? We're all pulling for him.

I freaked out when i found out what happened to him. I also go to school with him and we're sort of friends. i really hope he' okay.
