Why is Giavonni's so high priced in Chapmanville? Jack Mullins should have a little mercy on the community he is rich enough
1 pizza there is over $20.00 pizza hut has 2 for 20.00 papa john's delivers to c-ville 2 for $20.oo unlimited toppings?
A sandwich is over 7.00 with tax? everyone is going to wendy's or eating pizza elsewhere.. everyone should just stop eating there for about a month! let him just pay employees for nothing..and have to spend all this profit he is makeing..If a family of 4 dine in you can bet it will be over $45.00-$50.00. That food is not that good...have you noticed no prices is on the menu? He is afraid to advertise his high prices..Jack is a good man as i no of.
he just needs to run good specials every once in a while or if you buy or spend so much there let the customer have a discount on a pizza one time so often..?? what does evryone think? rip off or not?? never any specials or discounts..

Totally agree!! I don't know how anyone affords to eat there. Guess that's how they got all the money and we don't. Just quit eating there!! Period.

Everyone is talking about Giovanni's in C-ville prices, most of the time you get what you pay for,You talk about Jack and his family don't forget they gave this town a drug free place to take families and a set down dining room to eat, Other larger franchise are here in town, but does that money stay here, has any of these people that complain had a child to play a sport at Chapmanville well you can bet Giovanni's has at one time been a sponsor somehow, The Mullins's are all hard working family people and they do give back to this town, also they provide a very nice well lighted clean car wash that I have use since it has been in business to be exact my father is 83yrs. he was the first to use it and will not use any other car wash to this day...That's the problem with Chapmanville, they forget those that help keep this town going, if you don't want to pay these prices go something else, just don't get on Topix and trash the working people....

yes I agree Mullins has turned a lot of money over in this town.. And they are hard working people but they are getting back now from the customers all they have given? Yes we are very thankful for the car wash ect.. Do they hold a grudge against us because he donated at one time? The food is good -- but not so good to pay the prices he has on them-- calzone's are too over priced and pizza's I think he has no competition and takeing FULL ADVANTAGE OF IT!!!

They have jacked the prices up!!! We dont go there anymore. I know other Giovonnies restaurants that aren't as high at all. you can get a sub there for $3 but ours its like 6!!!
Not everyone is a coalminer and can afford those prices with kids!!

Yes they worked hard and became rich they should still have a little mercy -- Not everyone is wealthy like they are. And other giavonni's are not that high? I know they are makeing a profit. Why does Chapmanville / Mullins have to be so high? OUTRAGOUS GO THERE AND EAT FEED A FAMILY OF 4. OVER $ 45.00 OR 50.00? IT IS NOT A STEAK HOUSE? UNDER average failies cant afford to go there. guess it does not matter-- the rich just keeps getting richer..or is it GREED?

I must disagree! My Papaw Jack is a wonderful man I couldn't tell you how many people he has helped in this town and all of the things he has done for the athletics and schools. I know you won't meet a nicer man so please don't be on here bashing someone elses good fortune. He grew up with not much and his mom and dad (my great-grandparents) worked there butts off providing for there children. And my papaw is doing the same and he has earned all he has! This town/ community means the world to him. I mean if he could lower the prices I know for a fact he would he didn't do it just for extra cash, he has bills to pay. Produce prices have sky rocketed, which you should know from grocery shopping. And to get the supplies needed delivered there are high fees also, then there are the employees to pay. I myself even help at the restraunt from time to time I'm sure anyone in there this summer or anytime soon in the afternoon has seen me there. I can promise though there is no greed. Our family is very appreciative of everyone's business and were sad to see you go maybe prices can be lowered soon who knows. But all I ask is to not to bash my Papaw because I know he would never do others like this.-Katie

I agree with what you said --except your statement = he did not do it for extra cash
how is other Giavonni's cheaper? it is the same Franchise and they have employees and bills.. he owns the building no rent? just saying he does not have to lower everything just have some weekly specials on different items or if spend X amount dollars there you earn points until you get a pizza 1/2 off or something? Jack is a good hard working man I agree-- You are not on the other side of counter--to find out how expensive it really is to there..
