well lets see if I had my choice I would never go in there you end up spendin more time and money tryin to get the right parts and they really don't have a clue what they are doing... I should know I used to work for them and now since I left my customers have followed me... and not only that but they will swear to you that it is the right part.. but you still end up havin to bring it back and get the right part... and not only that but if you go to buy something electrical I wouldn't advise it cause everything in there is remanufactured or someone has brought it back cause they "didn't need it" which in return means we cleaned up this old one so you would give me some money for pills... but my best opinion is if you want quality parts go to the dealership or go to NAPA...

There is this one woman, I swear to everything in me, she can't do anything right there. They need to get rid of her. I think her name is Barbera or something like that. Stupid woman.

well i'll tell you what, back in my youth i worked for a very big family owned ac delco distributor in new york were i learned a wealth of knowledge.i recently retired to central florida and got hired by my local advance store. i am very happy there, it is managed by a woman who has worked for them 15+yrs and she knows her stuff, the older people love her!. it has been an adjustment for me as im "old school" but im catering to the older folks and woman who walk in by themselves. it is paying off for me, as im tryin to establish a customer base who will come back for me to wait on them.i do not try to sell what they don't truely need but i do suggest things and let them determine their choice. i am 50 yrs old and work out and in better shape than most kids in there 20's plus im a fanatic for appearance, clean, well groomed, cologned, spotless, and i make an effort to speak with all my customers and "win them over" so when they leave they will say "hey ya know what, that guy actually cares about me". it's more like a hobby for me! and when i get home i have a great deal of personal satisfaction that i did the right thing! it's a karma thing! i would never want a woman to feel intimadated or belittled (and believe me you there are some really awesome looking milf's and gilf's down here!)i always bag their purchases, and i thank them and tell them to "come back and see ME again for what ever they need". "oh i will. good! and thank you!, you have a great afternoon. AND if their not sure what they need i ask if their car is outside and i go out and show them what they might need, and explain things to them honestly based on their needs and pocket book!...im not gonna try and sell some "blue haired grandmother" a $150 battery when she uses her car to just run errands? when a $60 one will do her just fine!. so thats my take on things....if your ever in mt dora lake county florida come in and see me for personalized service!.....mr. charlie
