Why not let him walk to. The streets of CT are filled with low lifes, sex offenders, murderers, drug dealers, pot, crack, meth, coke heads and alcholics. The public has been let down so many times, what's wrong in this case?

its insane that someone who was not fit to stand trial and was acquited on insanity can now roam the streets without supervision what's next when he kills someone else then gov rell will short change those victims like she did the petit family...all that hype about reviewing the parole board for nothing but wait an african-american followed those damn idiots and know we can set the example.

Simple answer. Let him move in with the family of the lawyer that's representing him, or the family of the psychiatrist who wants to let him out.

The man hears voices that told him to kill someone that he loved, brutally. That is someone who should be allowed to go free?
It was a 20 year confinement. Let him stay at CVH.
