I am trying to get some information on a man and woman who went to an elderly man with dementia and bought his New Ford Fusion. They gave him 2,000 for a car he payed 28,000 for. They took complete advantage of hime. His memory is really bad and he is unable to know the difference between amounts of money. He did not know who the people were and where they came from. They abviously knew him and that he lived alone. They also knew his mind is not all there and they robbed him. His family is looking for information.
