That's your opinion and you're entitled to have one, but I disagree. The people there have been nothing but nice to me. What I have seen and think is a shame is "the owner" and a couple of workers were very disrespectful to their co-worker! I felt really sorry for the lady that was being scolded like a child! C'mon H & S employee's, GROW UP AND HANDLE DISAGREEMENTS IN PRIVATE!!!! And I sure hope the pharmacy stays in business! It would be an inconvenience to drive to Lewisburg to pick medicine up, especially for us older people!

I appreciate H&S, I get all of my family's medicine filled there. The chain pharmacies don't know you and don't care about you. H&S goes out of their way to help you. I like going to a place where everybody knows your name and you don't have to loop through aisles of cosmetics and seasonal displays to pick up a prescription. Where ever you work there are disagreements, H&S has an open atmosphere where you can talk to the employees instead of hiding behind huge glucometer and vitamin diplays. Unfortunately that makes it easier for customers to overhear disputes. Smile and go about your own business, think about where you work I'm sure there are plenty of disputes. I hope H&S doesn't go anywhere, I try to support all local businesses they were once the backbone of our economy.

My first job was at H & S. It was miserable. Douchebag Chris Gilbert used to talk to me like an incompetent retard in front of customers, and then as soon as they were out of earshot, would run them in the dirt. He was not choosy. I can't remember a single person he didn't talk bad about. He's a nasty, mean, bitter old fart and it was an awful experience for a first job. The one time we got anything filled from there, I was 16. about a year after I quit working there. I had my tonsils out, and was prescribed a small bottle of liquid lortab. My mom spilled it on the carpet and had to get it refilled. She went to H & S because it was close and she didn't want to leave me alone for very long. When she told him what happened, he looked over at cathy, and said "Yeah, I bet" Mama was pissed. If you don't want everybody in the world to know your medical history, if you don't want to be talked about or talked down to, I'd stay away from Douchebag's Overpriced Drug Hut

Here is my thing. I would rather drive a bit to save money! Check on it. My friend was told there was no generic for his $120 brand name med. After further investigating the ten dollar 3 month supply has been around for 10 years.

i have experienced very bad and also good service with h and s. i still like the convenience of location. i have also had horrible experience with walgreens in lewisburg and it seems to me that both h and s and walgreens violate the hippa regulations!!

The owner is bad to verbally abuse the older ladies that work there. He degrades them in front of the customers so the way I see it if he does not appreciate them he needs to fire them and hire someone that he wants there. They do not need to be treated the way he treats them and the way he talks to them.He needs to be reported.

I do not know any of their names but the man and the female sour faced middle aged pharmacist have always been borderline rude and totally indifferent to me... the customer .... who has many choices of pharmacies.... I will add the young female pharmacist and the cashier have always had a pleasant smile on their face no matter how busy and have been extremely helpful to my husband and me.

I agree with duck tzu almost completely.I was there Wednesday and there was a different man there and he and the two ladies were talking and the older lady was busy with the front and the drivethru and the phone was ringing and neither of them offered to help her.I hope Chris appreciates her because she is the friendliest employee he has.She will make you smile and laugh no matter how bad you feel.I hope she continues to work there she is really nice to everyone.Pay her well and keep her Chris.

Well I came to the pharmacy again and was really surprised to see that older woman still working.I was sure she would be gone after the way Chris talked to her and guess what he was very rude to her again and so was Ashley.I hope she speaks up and stops taking the abuse she takes. If I am not mistaken it is against the law to treat employees the way she is being treated.I felt so sorry for her she was shakeing and was almost in tears.I wonder if he treats the other women the way he does her.Chris if you are not happy with her work let her go or stop treating her the way you do and you should be ashamed of yourself.

For the anonymous person who's talking about the older lady, really? really? I may be wrong but it sounds like you are the older lady that works there talking about yourself hoping the owner of the pharmacy will see this forum and pay you more or treat you better. If I were you I would grow some balls and go to the owner and say it to his face instead of putting it on a forum and hoping he will see it. If it is you talking about yourself it sounds stupid! Thought I would let you know you're a little obvious. if your not happy there why dont you quit?

Just so you will know I am not the older lady that works there because I would not take the treatment that I have witnessed her taking.Oh by the way if I did work there I would have the balls to tell him but I am not as nice as that lady is that works there.

I know the lady you are talking about....that is not her - at least im 95% sure. She doesn't seem the surf the internet kind. I like Chris but most of his staff sucks....everytime i got pain meds filled, which is not very often - they act like i just wanna get high or something. They are very small town judgemental back there. So he doesn't get my business anymore.

I won't go back there. The staff is rude except for the older, elderly lady. There should be Certified Pharmacy Technicians and a Pharmacist there at all times (hint, hint). If they don't know you they will act as though you are a problem instead of a customer. I believe this place needs a thorough inspection and quite a few surprise inspections in order for it to be fit for the public. The middle-aged lady will say in a rude manner, "Whaddya need?". Be prepared to take it and like it!
