Has anyone else heard Sterling Green is changing security companies? I looked up the company and it is brand new and unlicensed. Someone said it is because someone on the board is related to an owner. This really has me concerned they are putting unlicensed companies on the street? Is there anything we can do?

Sterling Green is not a part of Sterling Green Village or Sterling Green South. Is this just Sterling Green?

I'm talking about Channelview. They are taking over Sterling Green north and south. Look up the private security bureau company website and type in TX Force Security, LLC. Their license is incomplete.

Here is a link to their license information. It is incomplete. I looked up the owner and he doesn't have a level 3 license to do armed security either. Scary having security walking around with guns and no license. And why are they hiring family members?

Jamie if you are concerned, please do something to counteract these actions. It sounds like you have a bit of information but are not willing to do anything about it. It's hard to support these problems with the total sub division if we have scant secretive information. At this point, it seems as if you are speculating. WHO is related? How MUCH are they going to pay this relative? HOW MANY relatives are being paid with our assessments? Is it cheaper than what we have now? ARE they in fact going to carry guns? Or are they just going to drive around? Don't mean to be so negative, but why the big secret?

Is there anyone in Sterling Green Village that is fed up with the board and WANTS to do something about their irresponsible spending? If so, please respond to this. If there's enough people, perhaps we should all get together and do what's necessary to "stop the madness". I'm game!

No speculations. The VP of sales for TX force is related to James and Deborah with the HOAs north and south. Yes they are going to be armed. I looked up the owner and he isnt even licensed to do security. Not sure what they are paying, but if unlicensed and inexperienced it doesn't really matter. Website says $155k goes towards security a year for each division so I'm sure they are making a nice chunk.

I'm in Channelview too my subdivision is taking over by one of the home owner and we are fighting it. but it takes lots of walking ,going door to door and letting people know what is going on. I know Sam Campbell is the one who took over south . if you want to join us let me know we got to meet somewhere.

I live in Sterling Green Village also . I have been trying for a year and half to get people’s attention about what the board is doing wrong . If you live in Sterling Green Village then join me . It takes a village to get them out.

On 11-13-12 at 6:30 PM was the meeting at the water Co, they were trying to make all the residents of Sterling Green Village to pay an extra mandatory to be added to their water bill and they want the MUD#53 to collect that amount for them on your water bill . they said it will go to security but we already paying close to $7000 a month and we hardly see them around. they need to be STOP.
If you guys want to stop them, lets meet some where. don't talk about it in here.

Of course there is. If we can get enough people, and people that are serious about banding together to do something to remove this board, we can just set a meeting somewhere and meet and see who's willing to do what.

Are there any days/times you all are NOT available? That may be a problem but I'm sure we can arrive at some convenient time and place for all.
