I think you should leave this go by now. No one should say anything unless you have been in there shoes. Joe is taking care of it has admitted it and is going to carry on as Mayor of Channahon. I was a resident of Channahon and he did a great job while I was there and I can see no reason he would not continue. People in glass houses should not cast stones they come back to get you. The people casting these stones know who they are. If you really think about it anyone can dig stuff up on anyone and is that fair. NO. Your personal life is your personal life as long as it doesn't affect your political life.

If you are in politics, everything you do is fair game. If you have skeletons in your closet then they too are fair game. We should expectoration of public officials as they are the ones charged with spending our tax dollars properly and enacting resolutions and ordinances that are for the good of the many and not just the one. As taxpayers we have every right to dive into our "leaders" lives, public and private as the responsibility they undertake is huge and it's reach far and wide. If there are things in ones past present or future that could ever come into question the. Said official had best be prepared to answer to them. If the answered meets with approval from then the electorate then so be it.
