Man gets 8 years for bank, store robberies (1:41 p.m.)

A convicted bank robber was sentenced Tuesday to eight years in federal prison. Russel Deck, 33, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Philip Martinez, who also ordered Deck to pay $1,079 in restitution.
