FYI. This is the same John A. Sanzone, Sr. that was convicted in Oct. 2008 of felony sexual child abuse of a child under the age of ten in Delaware County and is still on probation for that conviction. He moved to Saratoga Springs, NY. Let's hope his next address is Sing Sing.

FYI, DixieD, it is the same John A. Sanzone, Sr., who plead in Oct. 2008, to *attempted* sexual abuse in the first degree only on the condition that he didn't have to say he did the crime (which he maintained he didn't do throughout), after the judge and his own attorneys told him--on the day that was supposed to be jury selection, and after assuring him he would win all along--if he didn't take the plea he would definitely receive 7-14 years in prison.

It was also the same John A. Sanzone, Sr., who was accused of this crime by the family of his soon-to-be ex-wife during their divorce; and is the first and last time he was ever accused by anyone of committing such a crime against anybody, under the age of ten or not.

In your backwards view of the criminal justice system, anyone accused of anything apparently did it; and anybody convicted of anything by a judge/jury, or through a plea, also did it. If you take a step back, you will realize that the justice system is corrupted to produce the maximum number of convictions, and to appease to the mob-like mentality of those like yourself, who presume that anyone who is ever arrested, accused, takes a plea deal, or so much as crosses the line into the criminal justice system, is automatically guilty. Use your power of thought before condemning people.
