That was fast.

In the old days, Hoss's wasnt too bad - but they stopped butchering in house - and quality went down. Even the salad bar wasnt good anymore.

Let's see if Hoss's 2.0 can get some traction against Ryans...

It would not take too much to top Ryan's.

I have eaten at the new Hoss's and I can honestly say that I see no reason for anyone to eat there, ever again, in the history of the universe.

I don't even have a story, example or reason. There's just no reason for it. When Longhorn opens, you're better off buying a steak there and it hurts me to say that, but it's true.

Waiting on line to order = dumb.

Goofy shit on the walls = dumb.

Salad bar = Ruby Tuesdays has a better salad bar, seriously, which is dumb.

I'd like to think that Hoss's new location will work at least for its target demographic - senior citizen tourists. But can they honestly compete with Texas Roadhouse and Longhorn? Maybe in Chambersburg...

So, same as it ever was.
