Chambersburg man distributes 'Trenton's Law' petitions
Chambersburg resident Joseph Wolfe, 71, has been distributing petitions throughout the local area, collecting signatures to change state laws in an effort to help prevent child abuse.

Its a good idea but it will be abused. Anybody can accuse someone of child abuse. You cant just take someones word that there is abuse. Seperated parents are always calling cys to play tit 4 tat with other parent. If there is documented abuse there is already laws to take the children. You can not just take kids before court if there is no actual proof. Someone making accusations of child abuse does not warrant immediate removal of kids til court. Like i said its a good idea and hate that children are abused but this would be a law that makes people guilty until proven inocent
