It was higher during the Bush regime. Blaming the current president is the most efficient answer for uneducated reasoning. Obama is no moe worthless nor better than those of the past. The next president will be blamed for our nation's failures as well. Actually, he will be blamed more because he will remain a billionairre thoughout his reign, as Bush did. But just remember that he was a fine Christian white fellow when he was running for office and that he seemed to be telling the truth...
