No!!! This would only increase the taxes we pay!!!! CPR and first aid sounds great but don't make this decision! We shouldn't do this because anymore restrictions will only cost more money. Why don't u just say only 18 year olds can drive? This may sound corny but their taking our freedom of choice away.

if it were your family member that was murdered by a reckless driver and then didn't even do anything to help her, would you be saying the same thing?
He was a reckless driver. at least if he had half a brain and could have taken instructions from the 911 operator and new CPR, she may have had a chance.
I think it is a great law. But, I also think our justice system sucks! He should be in jail, but instead, he is hiding behind his parents and not taking responsibility for anything. This was a 25MPH cul-de-sac. Not only should he have known CPE, but he should NOT have a license and he should pay for his crime.
