I agree. Compared to other Rhodes I've been to, Chaffee has the absolute worst customer service. They don't say hello when you enter. The other day when I was there the fountain was out of ice and some lady that works there said "well sucks to be you". How rude!!!

First off i do agree on some of this the customer service is bad in some ways but ive seen as well with the night crew. And which fat girl are you talking about im curious I like liz in the deli in the morning shes always happy and Jeff at night is pretty good and jerry is cool but ive had my share like paula at night and a few others where they see a line and they just stare it gets frustrating

I think everyone that works there works hard and does a great job. You are just mad because you probably ordered 10 sodas in drive thru and wanted all special made while the rest of us wait in line for you to gripe and moan because they put 1 cube to much in it.

I don't believe anything slanderous has been stated. Everything that has been posted is sadly the truth. The flip side to this problem is that the Rhodes management isn't really concerned with all of this. Their business hasn't suffered any losses because of this, nor will it lose business because of their employees. Where else will people in Chaffee go to get gas if they don't go out of town? Seriously, management is aware, they have had complaints land on their desk, the have the security cameras up in the store, THEY KNOW what's going on. There are two things that we as customers can do, continue to patronize them and put up with the crap, or do business outside of Chaffee. My personal solution has been to avoid the daytime hours, not only is the customer service questionable but the parking lot is a train wreck waiting to happen in the mornings.

I haven't had a bad experience as of yet but ad for the parking. It is the consumers fault for that because they are too lazy to walk. They park at the door instead of parking place. There is plenty of room to park by the sign but lazy people want curb side service and that's not Rhodes fault

I love all of those girls! Hard workers very friendly. It sounds like you just want a bunch of robots. Its nice that they are social.

I think most of the comments on here stupid they are friendly always saying hello and very happy to help .
