The victim's name is Washington. I wonder if he's related to the Father Of Our Country.

What's a black guy doing in an odd place in Palos Verdes? Very strange. And what's with this new black fad of going into higher scale white areas to pull their stupid crap? They used to steer clear of places like belmont shore, bixby knolls, and especially palos verdes. Who gave them the idea that they could commit crimes there?
Police and local residents must be part of the problem.
When people in Palos Verdes see suspicious black people, they should call the police, and the police should always check it out.

That might be fine for Palos Verdes residents, but how about the few White "stragglers" who have yet to flee Long Beach? The city is governed by a ideologically driven multiculturally diverse radical revolutionary Council that is backed up by the corrupt "justice" system. It is they who set police policy. Calling the cops or contacting city Departments to check out suspicious or annoying Africans would likely end the caller on the "watch list" because of his having expressed non-politically correct "racist thoughts".

No businesses in RPV accept EBT and there is no Section 8 housing in the area. Maybe he was growing pot in some isolated rural field.

Black hoodrats don't grow pot, dude. That's farming, and farming requires some book learning and discipline. When have you ever seen a black person next to produce that wasn't in a supermarket? Blacks have never collectively figured out agriculture. Without white folks, they'd starve.
