well boys and girls it was bound to happen and it finally did.
Karen managed to get a temporary restraining order for civil harassment against me and had it served (not legally I'm thinking but I don't want to delay a hearing date), so what does this mean and why am I so happy?
because by calling me a liar in a court filing she has opened the door for me to address each and every one of my statements about her and prove they are true in an open court and to have all testimony and exhibits made PUBLIC RECORD. this is a GOOD THING!
It also gives me the right to subpoena people and records so...I am sending out subpoenas on Monday, including to the AKC who can then legally release the records regarding Karen's suspension (and additonal 5 years for ignoring it, total 15 years). After all I need to prove I didn't lie now don't I?
If you'd like to come to the hearing, it will be 9 am on Aug 24th at the Manteca Superior Court, Room M2, 315 E Center Street.
If you'd like to be on my witness list, by all means contact me to join in. You'll get a chance to get your story ion record since her true activities are my defense.
Copies of my ENTIRE response to the petition, including atachments that prove Karen's petition is full of perjurous staements, will be posted on my website by the end of the weekend.
Our posts on here were part of her filing attachments so she knows you are all good and mad (but according to her that's MY fault, not because of anything she did to you)- so long live the United States Constitution and the right to free speech! God Bless America!

Is Karen Tripp also Santina Piazza? In January 2007, I paid $1400 for what was supposed to be an AKC and CKC registered Teacup Poodle. I got a miniature poodle that may be a mix, without the breeder application for registering with the AKC. I called and emailed "Santina" repeatedly for the litter registration papers so I could register "Ginger", but Santina would never answer. Santina gave me the puppy when she was only 7 weeks old (legally must be 8 weeks old). She wanted the full $1400 paid before I even saw the puppy, but I said 'no'. I paid 1/2 upfront on a Monday with a cashier's check which she made me drive to a Wal-Mart with her to cash it.(??) She said she banked at BofA, but would not stop at a BofA. The next night she met me in the parking lot of PetSmart in Manteca with a puppy, saying "Ginger" had been transported from L.A. that day - however, Santina sent email pictures SHE had taken the night before (on Monday night)! When I called her on the discrepancy, she had no answer. I asked repeatedly for the breeder's name, address & phone number, but Santina would not answer me. Eventually, the cell phone number I had for her was disconnected. I filed a Small Claims suit in Manteca Superior Court. When Santina was served at work, she immediately called me from a "withheld" number. She gave me another cell phone number. She put on the sweet voice asking me if registration papers were all I wanted (!!), saying she'd had the registration papers all along, but kept them to make copies (!), and that we could work this out; to please drop my lawsuit. I could NOT believe it! I became very angry with her over the phone. LIES and DECEIT! She commits criminal acts of fraud. The "contract" she prepared when I bought the puppy eventually won my case in court. She didn't show up at the hearing. The contract stated she was Atlanta Akitas Companion, Santina Piazza, ph number, address, and [e-mail]. She's pretty stupid really, because the "contract" states I was to receive a registered TeaCup Poodle guaranteed not to be over 7 lbs. Ginger is bigger than a TeaCup and a Toy! She's about 10 lbs and taller than 10" at the shoulders. My lawsuit is now up to $1500 with post-judgment fees, and I am actively pursuing her. I just received the Employer's Return from the Writ of Execution I had served and Santina no longer works for PetSmart in Manteca (imagine that!). Next is an Order For Examination of a Judgment Debtor, and if she does not appear for that hearing, a Bench Warrant will be issued for her arrest.(I'm a former 20-yr courtroom clerk. I think this has saved me from being stalked and harassed by her. If you need my help, I'm available.)
For a small fee, www.intelius.com is an excellent source of public records and searches for people. I would appreciate any contact from those of you who have been scammed by this con artist.
Additionally, this nightmare began when I strolled into the new PetSmart off of I-5 and 8-Mile Rd in Stockton and asked if anyone there knew of a teacup poodle breeder. A young woman of about 22 (was Santina) took my name and said she has a "friend" who breeds poodles and would contact her. About two weeks later, I became another victim of Santina Piazza, or whoever she is!

DENIAL isn't just a river in Egypt, it's the judicial system at it's finest.'course it's pretty easy to win a case defending yourself against allegations of stalking and physical attacks when the complaining party actually testifies they are the one following the respodnent around and shaking their fists at them!
let me tell ya, it was CLASSIC! worth the price of admission.
Karen was still swearing in court I'll be sent 'letters from attorneys'... no sweat. Truth is the best defense.
As promised, I am still here for any of you in whatever capacity I can offer my help- and as always (since her attorney brought this up and seemed rather surprised I'm not raking in the bucks for all this) it's ALL FREE!!!!
I'll be filing a case against Karen to recoup my fees, associated costs, lost wages, and requesting treble damages as a punitive measure for her perjerous filing against me. I'll post the date of that hearing as soon as I get it filed and they grant a date.
I'm also planning to order a copy of the court tape. If there's any information on it any of you can use for your own cases, you are welcome to it.

I've been unable to locate any information those dogs even exist.
I have a letter in my possession from UKC stating NONE of her bulldogs are registered with them (though they show three akitas). They are currently checking the status of all the aliases. Please be patient, its a lot of information to sort through, there are so many names. There is also the issue of anyone assisting her to circumvent her suspension at AKC- info has been provided to them so far, but if you or anyone else reading has additional info (such as being sold a dog by her with another name on it, like the alias CAtherine Durner) SEND IT TO AKC- be sure to tell them it was Karen who made the sale of the AKC registered dog. If she uses any other names to affect these sales DEMAND to see photo ID...know who you are dealing with, bc so far, it's all been Karen using other names.

BTW if you are the Redwood owner who said later you received a puppy you really liked from the Mona litter, I'd be interested to know WHEN this puppy was born, what it looks like, and who the claimed sire is. Animal Control for Escalon has examined the bitches and stated (july 18, 2007) that none of the bitches on the property, including Mona, had given birth at all this year. That's from the officer, not me.

This puppy may be the missing "Bernard", and if it is, his breeder URGES you to get him medical care for health problems disclosed to Karen upon sale (where she used the name Catherine Durner to get her hands on this beautiful AKC registered baby)- the breeder does NOT want to take him away from a caring home, but is greatly concerned about his health and whether or not a new owner knows what to do.

If this isn't the puppy you have, I hope that someone reading this column, who may have purchased a fawn and white english bulldog puppy dog between May 24 and July 1 (likely under the name Catherine Durner but it could have been any of the aliases) to contact me to be put in touch with his TRUE breeder and get a full health disclosure- she's very worried about him!!!

she's advertising puppies out of the alleged "mojo' dog again (as well as akitas) so to the nice person who posted earlier on this thread about a prior 'Mojo' puppy, there's some more ammunition for you.

I cannot caution people strongly enough about having ANYTHING to do with this woman or her activities.

My Christmas wish- that she either wakes up tomorrow and stops what she is doing and asks for forgiveness to those she has harmed or that she find some other activity to involve herself in and leaves poor families who just want a nice dog alone.

All I have to say is that I personally think Danielle has some very nice looking dogs, and not only that, but she makes logical breeding decisions in terms of phenotype. This is Pam I bought the female out of Danzig and she is very nice, she is not registered, and I was told that by Karen when we purchased her. I was also told by the United Kennel Club that Karen has followed all the kennel club rules and that thay have no complaints about her except by you. The English bulldog puppy we bought from Karen was already spayed so we could not breed her because Karen cares about her dogs. You are just a nasty person and jealous of karens dogs.
