Again, one thing you should know about judges dumba$$ is that they don't hang around city hall. HOWEVER, if you CALL city hall they will tell you his name..You REALLY wanted to know if he's a "hard ass" or "nice guy" because you want to know in case you get a ticket? How freakin' old are you?
