38 years old and stoned out of her mind at 1:15 in the afternoon with the kids in the car?
This is a serious cry for help, hope she gets the help she needs for the kids sake.

The Queen Anne's County Sheriff's Office says a Pennsylvania woman with two children in her car is facing drunken driving charges.
