Real nice people. The guy dies and all you have to say is something negative.
Who said this guy was born in Oregon. And what difference does it make?
He was a human being that someone loved and cared about and he will be missed.
If he were some celebrity you'd probably be slobbering all over yourselves. Don't forget Michael Jackson in eccense killed himself, are you going to call him a dumb***?
Have some compassion.
My sincere condolences go out to his family. May God ease your pain.

Judging by the comments posted here, Oregon people are not stupid, but obviously Washington people are. A guy being pinned under a truck because of a unforeseen accident does not represent stupidity. It is the people that post stupid remarks about dead people that lack intelligence and compassion. May God be with the family and friends of the medford man and also with the idiots that has nothing better to do in their life than to criticize others.

Although I agree with Kristina, Candy, and Paul, I think I understand why some insensitive people made derogatory comments about the poor man who died. It was because he got under a pickup that had the engine still running and was parked on an incline, both of which caused the pickup to roll backward and trap the man. While it doesn't lessen the tragedy of the loss of life, it does open up the question of why would someone do something so obviously unsafe and thoughtless? But that doesn't excuse the insensitivity of those posters from Washington. Some people just like to show their insensitivity and lack of human concern--they think it is "smart" or "cool" or "tough." I think it is just sad and shows a complete lack of human compassion and intelligence.

Let this be a lesson. This tragedy should never have happened. Never get under a running vehicle!

May the guy from Washington find the Lord before the Lord finds him. God Bless.
