Suffolk police have arrested a Ridge man they say killed a 22-year-old barber outside the victim's home in Coram earlier this week.

Kenneth Faulkner, 22, faces a charge of second-degree murder in the death of Luis Almonte, who was fatally shot in the head on the night of Dec. 10.
Almonte, 22, a barber at Precise Cuts in Selden, arrived home Tuesday evening, got out of his car near his Grant Court apartment and was shot once in the head, police said.
Faulkner was held overnight at the Sixth Precinct and is to be arraigned Saturday in First District Court in Central Islip."

Its really not a joke I've known luis for many years, he was my boyfriends best friend.. he was the kindest person you could ever meet, who was always looking after his family and friends. he always walked around with a positive attitude, and his motto was "LIve life to the fullest", This wasn't a drug deal, it was some stupid wannabe gangster taking a precoius life for no reason..
