Raw sewage, dead rats found in Indiana apartment building

A Harrison County, Indiana apartment complex is under fire with the health department tonight for sewage issues.

These appartments are a disater. I have been in them and the bugs on the walls alone should close the building.

I think the apartments were fine. It was the awful, low class, dirty poeple that he was renting to.
