Citing budget cuts, Central High board votes to make switch to 4-day school week

1. Isn't the number of school day (hours) requirements mandated by the state?
2. If the vacation time is reduced, won't the staff still have to provide the same amount of mandated time?
3. How will the money be saved - Utilities or one day a week without buses on the road?
