Here's another "Good, Loving person" shot in the street. "I know he's not the type of person to do that"..........ooookkkkkk So why did he have a gun in the first place? These kids think they are "gangsta" trying to show who's toughest with a gun.. why couldn't they end the fight like real men and not draw a gun?.. oh wait they not really men they are cowards! I would for once like a murder or shooting victim's family be truthful for once and say, "He had his share of problems and made wrong decisions every once and a while, we wasn't too social with other people, but was good with his family" or something to that effect. I am just ranting a little I know I'm not making much sense.

And if/when your loved ones are to succumb to unfortanate and untimely deaths i wonder, how well will you take to the ranting of an over opiniated, ignorant S.O.B. Not too well I presume. Therefore, be respectful of the dead as well as the living. You call yourself "a true American" but with so little compassion, I agree with you that you clearly aren't making much sense. Live up to the true nature of your name and apologize for those hurtful and offensive comments and perhaps come your day of judgement you shall be judged without them.

Ok, no disrespect to anyone, but something is really bothering me from what I've read and heard. Why does the kid who did not bring the gun, who got shot first, who was literally in a life and death struggle to defend himself, get murder? Sounds like a classic case of self defense to me.

My assumption is soley based on what has been published. I was not physically there, so I don't know the complete story. However, if you and I have read and heard the same story, I believe you would agree

A warm Saturday afternoon at the park. Sounds great. Then, some kids start to argue with eachother. They don't use their hands to fight, they both whip out GUNS!!! What the hell is wrong with this picture. Why are 19 year olds walking around with GUNS. GUNS only cause 2 things TROUBLE AND DEATH. Unfortunately, 2 more young people lose their lives. One permanently, the other in prison. Where does this leave their family members? Don't these kids think of how their families will feel? The families are the ones left to pick up the pieces and DEVASTATED.
To both families my condolences.

2 innocent young men had their lives taken. All over non sense! Why can't we all just get along. I thought prejudice and racism was all over but we are still using it against each other! Please just end the violence.. the loved ones of the deceased are the one hurting even more... please lets just end all the crime, so u take someones life y?? Everyone deserves to live.

living in a world that seems to be going down hill, we really need to think about our actions. We need to come together to get out of this mess. We share in common many things and those two boys in the park share in common many things, both minority kids living in a low income community who have just become another statistic of violence. For years we have been oppressed but now we are oppressing ourselves! so before you fight over silly things, think about what you need to do to move forward with life so life doesn't end in a wooden box. CF, Pawt. your one in the same, go beyond what is expected from you and change. We can't give these three boys there life back, but we can stop any other lives from leaving.

I drove by the wake yesterday and only saw people wearing gang colors and flashing gang signs. The killing has only just started and will only stop after more people are dead or in jail. None of this has to happen. Stop the lies.
