Councilman Wilbur Jennings

I find it rather hard to understand how this man is still a councilman...Does the apple fall far from the tree?
He has three sons whom all have records and one son who has been recently arrested for four stolen vehicles..Now his brother Tremaine has been assaulted and robbed at gun point....If you look at the Tow truck it says B&M which stands for Bill (Wilbur) and Maine (Tremaine).The two brothers are in all sought of scams and deals...I also read where,Wilbur and Tremaine use their mothers last name (Demiranda)when they get arrested and all of a sudden when Tremaine gets assaulted his name is Jennings and his father speaks for him.....Sounds to me that the lines were rehearsed...Was dad called when his son was arrested by State police the beginning of Sept.,2012? Of course not..I think being a councilman gives a person a little to much power and corruption gets swept under the rug...and let's not forget that the councilman was being investigated for fraud a couple of yrs back...These are just questions that make you go Hmmm!

I drove behind this guy on rt 10 going north. He drives a black Honda mini van with the license plate "Wilbur" he threw a subways cup and bag out his window.

His 2 sons now live with him and the funny thing is...they're still doing what they know best...selling weed and chopping vehicles....SMH
