When do we start talking about making STUDENTS accountable for the actions they take, including DELIBERATELY failing tests, abusing drugs and alcohol, choosing not to listen and not to do homework, and making excuses and blaming others for their failures?
When do we make students accountable?

Firing teachers is precisely the wrong approach. You can't make a silk purse out of a sow's ear. The student must YEARN to LEARN.
