Love Love Love kickboxing !! I've been doing it for about a year now and not only have a lost about 17lbs, I've toned and reshaped my body as well. I feel strong, energized and happy!! Its a hard but rewarding workout and im so glad its become part of my life :-)

The trainers at ILKB are absolutely amazing! They work with everyone and are very supportive; You can see they love what they do! If you need a great workout ILKB is the place to be!

At ILKB the trainers keep you motivated and you'll always want to come back to classes! Here your working every part of your body and after an hour your filled with energy!

I Love Kickboxing-North Providence has the best trainers and best workouts! The trainers really motivate you and create a challenging workout. It is also a comfortable place, no judging from anyone :) Give it a try!!

want a great workout with rapid results?? this is the place to be. ILKB in North Providence has supporting instructors with challenging yet fun workouts. every workout session is different so you will not get bored. within three months i have lost many inches and toned up well!!

I hate going to the gym. I LOVE going to work out here. The staff truly care about your fitness...know you're name and take an interest in everything you have going on. You won't find a better work out or more caring people. No two classes are the same so you'll never get bored! The instructors push you further than you ever thought you could go and then they'll push you a little further...you'll become stronger both physically and mentally!

My favorite place to be! I really enjoy coming to class. I was never a gym person, but now I love to work-out here. It is always fun and challenging. I have been coming for two years now and have become so much stronger and my endurance and stamina is the best it has ever been. The people that train here are awesome! I has changed my life and I couldn't recommend it more! You will love it!

If it's one thing I am most proud of in my life it would be the choice I made to join ILKB in NP the staff is lovely! Work outs really test your ability to test your bodies strength. It's almost like having your own trainer classes are small and really give you the chance to get one on one attention you need to be successful In your weight loss journey.

For a couple of years, I've been looking for a workout routine that could help me lose weight, be motivational and fun at the same time. I've tried joining gyms, Power Yoga, personal trainers, but to no avail.
A couple of months ago a friend told me about ILKB. Honestly, I was hesitant, it's such a different workout- I was afraid I couldn't keep up- but with the great beginner deal HOW COULD YOU GO WRONG?!
This was the best decision I could have made. Rick and Brittany (owner/instructor) were super welcoming. The group dynamic is one that is very unique. Everyone motivates each other to push and do their personal best. The classes are high intensity, and you feel like a champion at the end of the hour.
I now go to 4 classes a week and find myself excited for more. My body is finally taking me seriously and wants to shape up, lol. Thank you ILKB- this is the beginning of a beautiful friendship👊&#1 27996;💪&#12799 6;

I have been working-out there for about 2 and a half years now! I love it! In that time I have lost around 70 lbs, while gaining a lot of lean muscle! I am so grateful for the awesome exercise I get there! I'm a new man...who's half the man he used to be! ;)
