A U.S. District Court jury found that a hernia repair patch manufactured and marketed by a Cranston company did not cause the injuries suffered by a Missouri man, the first verdict in thousands of lawsuits concerning the patches.

That was no trial, that was a blood bath. Then to add insult to injury, Mr. Migliori tries to take credit for something the FDA proved and Bard Davol admitted to that there was defective mesh.(Remember the recall?) All Migliori did was throw everyone under the bus that didn't have proof of a busted ring. How this went to trial without being presented in front of a Grand Jury Investigation for criminal inditements shows Mr. Migliori is in way, way over his head. How does he sleep at night?

We don't know who these people are. Can you elaborate on who Mr. Migliori is, etc.? What was the outcome, etc.

Hi Tiffany,
Don Migliori, is the "so called lawyer" that didn't have a clue how to take on Davol Bard and company from the law firm of Motley Crew, an oil litigator thet khows less than I do about fighting a medical device company. He will make millions though by throwing us under the bus, that he is driving. This is a Bellwether case, scam to do away with 3,000 case's of people's lives that have been destroyed by Bard Kugel poisonous patches.one of those lawyers that make more money losing than winning, like a boxer throwing a fight ...We lost the first bellwether trial and would've held out and done alot better had Mr. migliori stayed home. Funny part is he thinks he's a lawyer, you can put kittens in the oven ,that don't make them biscuits. |

However, this is not the case for meshes used in some medical conditions like pelvic organ prolapse and stress urinary incontinence. So, it is still important to be careful. http://www.vaginalmeshlawsuitcenter.us/

It is disheartening to know that some patients who may have incurred potentially irrevocable physical and even emotional damage from these medical devices may have failed to acquire the only consolation that they could get from their pain and suffering. Let's hope that plaintiffs who filed lawsuits related to injuries from bladder sling implants won't end up with the same fate. More information about surgical mesh slings may also be found at http://www.bladderslingrecall.us

This is disheartening news. On a more positive note, I read from bladdermeshlawsuit.us/ should-i-sue/ that previous transvaginal mesh cases that went into trial have had more luck. Some women, like Linda Gross, who filed lawsuits against major mesh manufacturers were able to win their cases and get compensation for their suffering. I certainly hope this would be the case for those who may have filed claims involving hernia patch-related complications as well.
